Description

If one wants to use mass preconditioning, it is necessary to have 3 timescales in the integration.

With 434a3aaf I implemented 3 timescales for leapfrog and 2MN integrators.
They need to be tested.

with 561ce740 and f1eefb21 I checked that the integrators work in the sense that the steps performed on each scale add up to tau. This should ensure that the right fcts are called.

I think this issue is solved.
Since I showed that the stepsizes on 2 and 3 timescales and the order of fct. calls are chosen the right way, only those fcts themselves have yet to be tested (#257).
