Random number generator per lattice site (Feature #263)
Currently the random number generator used depends on the hardware used, as the generator states are bound to the used thread. This causes numerical results not to be comparable. While one could use the same number of threads on either hardware further issues incur if the mapping from hardware to sites is no longer the same on different hardware. Therefore, maybe optionally, it should be possible to use generators bound to the lattice.
As the current generator is not ideally suited for highly parallel execution this should be implemented after feature #262.
