Projects

Welcome to the public code and project repository of the Goethe-Universities chair for the Architecture of High Performance Computers.

  • ATI Tune

This repository contains small tools to program the performance levels of ATI GPUs (core/memory clocks and voltage), read the GPU UID, and monitor the performance levels and temperatures of the GPU.

The code is based upon the AMD Display Library...

  • CALDGEMM

Please take notice that the repository has been moved to https://github.com/davidrohr/caldgemm. The repository on this page is still kept in sync for reference, but it might be shut down in the future, so all users are kindly adviced to switch to the new repository....

  • CL2QCD
CL2QCD is a Lattice QCD application based on OpenCL, applicable to CPUs and GPUs.
    It provides the executables
    • HMC (Generation of gauge field configurations for Nf=2 (Twisted Mass) Wilson type fermions)
    • SU3HEATBATH (Generation of gauge field configurations for SU (3) Pure Gauge Theory)...
  • GCC Build

A small collection of shell scripts to download and build GCC. This is mainly meant for Vc users and developers to easily get access to any version of GCC and test upcoming GCC releases.

  • High Performance Linpack

Please take notice that the repository has been moved to https://github.com/davidrohr/hpl-gpu. The repository on this page is still kept in sync for reference, but it might be shut down in the future, so all users are kindly adviced to switch to the new repository....

  • NUMA Bench

NUMA Bench is a small benchmark which builds upon Vc to test the memory throughput of a single thread at different cores and over the whole range of memory addresses.

The NUMA Bench 2 project is a partial rewrite of this application. You should prefer the new version, unless you have a specific reason for using the old one....

  • OBSOLETE: Timeslice API

Contains the flesnet inter process communication library

  • Vc

The Vc project has migrated to GitHub.

The repository has already moved and new issues are tracked exclusively on GitHub.
The dashboard has moved to GSI.

  • Zanshin + Pomodoro

This is an extension to Zanshin to have it support the Pomodoro technique.
